HOTELS:
Our team works hard to have close relationships with management everywhere, so we know our clients are well looked after when they're traveling. The hotels pay agencies a commission after you stay, and because of this, I don't charge any fee for hotel bookings - they pay, you don't!
Hotels continue to pay this same commission to online travel portals like Expedia, but when things go wrong, they have far less motivation to advocate for you or resolve the problem. That’s where I come in—I’m dedicated to ensuring your trip is seamless and unforgettable, working directly with you and the retailer to handle the details and resolve any issues that arise.
FLIGHTS:
Typically, I encourage clients to book their own airfare. As you probably know, flights change, delays happen and managing your flight directly can often be the quickest way to resolve any issues. In fact, airlines won’t allow me to speak on your behalf to troubleshoot should issues arise (they will only speak to the ticketed passenger).
